Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the garment is in its original state.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy to monitor your refund's progress.
